Seasons Coach Onboarding

Complete the Application.
Select your desired Pathway of Prosperity commitment level.
Submit two references and a current resume.

After submitting your application, you will receive an email confirmation.
You’ll be invited to a 30 to 45-minute virtual panel interview with the Seasons Village Program Committee.
This interview is a space for us to get to know your story, your "why," and your desire for this work.
We also invite you to bring any questions you may have; our goal is to ensure mutual alignment and shared purpose.

Complete a background check and sign volunteer agreements (required for applicants 18 and older).
Once cleared, you’ll be considered an official Seasons Coach-Volunteer.

You will receive access to a self-paced online orientation manual.
After completing it, schedule a brief check-in with the Program Manager to confirm understanding and the next steps.

Once a new Mother Scholar or Cohort is ready, you’ll be paired and introduced to her directly.
You’ll also be invited to attend our Pathways of Prosperity Program Nights and join the broader Seasons Village community for ongoing support, celebration, and shared growth.

Mother Scholar Intake & Onboarding

Applicants will begin by completing our intake form, which includes:
Basic personal and household information
Two non-family references
A short personal essay to share your story and goals

Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know your information has been received and is under review.

Selected applicants will be invited to a 30–45 minute interview with Seasons Village staff and board members to learn more about your story and how we can support you.
We also invite you to come with questions—we want this to be a mutual fit.

If accepted, you’ll receive an official welcome letter with your start date, orientation details, and an outline of the program, including the code of conduct and expectations.

Your first official day will be during our P2P Family Program Night, where you’ll meet your fellow cohort, staff, and volunteers. This special kickoff event is designed to support your entire family and help you feel connected from the start.
